When this is how they bring up their youth, it is clear they are not seeking a better way for the future, or for their people. They may claim this is just about security, but there are none who have higher security needs than Israel, and Israel manages to let their children grow up as children, and then develop into doctors, and scientists and states-people, even though they all have to manage to serve in the military as well.
