Capturing the MidEast in short soundbites: poignant
reflections by people who understand the complexities of the Middle East. My philosophy is: "less is more."
You won't agree with everything that's here, but I'm confident you will find it interesting!
Excepting the titles, my own comments are minimal. Instead I rely on news sources to string together what I hope is an interesting, politically challenging, non-partisan, non-ideological narrative.

The Perfect Speech
Benjamin Netanyahu delivered the perfect speech to Congress and the American people Full transcript here
Many felt it wasn't the perfect speech. It sounded the same alarmist, unsupported and lack of realistic alternatives he gave to Congress when he explained how necessary invading Iraq was and how it was going to change the entire MidEast for the better. Apparently, as funny as that is, if you watch the videos of his testimony back then you'll see he wasn't joking.
I hope you also read my posts showing some significant Sunni support for Netanyahu...and the demands by the Washington Post [usually aligned with the Dem positions] that President Obama answer Netanyahu's "legitimate concerns..." B :}
