The current economic turmoil in the US is "divine punishment," Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh [pictured above] said.
During a sermon before Muslim prayers at a Gaza City mosque, Haniyeh said God was chastising America for its support of the Israeli-led blockade imposed on Gaza.

Funny how they never see their constant economic pain and social troubles as indicative that maybe they are on the wrong side of the issues. But a temporary blip in the West makes them see things this way.
Yeah, it would be nice if they saw their own crummy lot as a divine message that their murderous ways were morally wrong.
